Product preview extension for Magento 2 is built to display a preview for the product pages in the shop back end. This extension for Magento 2 eliminates the need for navigating to your Magento shop front end to view the product details. The shop admin can save time by previewing his changes instantly without opening the shop front end. This extension is developed for the complete ease of the shop admin who works in the backend.

How this extension works

The shop admin must install and configure the Product Preview extension in their Magento 2 shop backend to start using it.

To configure the settings for this extension, the shop admin has to navigate Store –> Configuration –> BrandCrock –> Preview configurations in the shop backend. In the Preview configurations page, enable the product preview by clicking ‘Yes’, set the label for the link as either ‘Preview’ or ‘Preview Product’ etc. Under the Display Preview option, by choosing ‘Yes,’ the preview option appears in the below-mentioned pages. Please note the shop admin can choose to edit this option in each of the page settings.

Next, choose ‘Yes’ under the Display Product Info in the Sales Order option if you wish to view the information regarding orders placed previously. On the sales order page, the history of orders appears as a list with an info option to view the full order information in the shop backend. Choose ‘Yes’ under Display Product Image in Sales Order to view each image as a thumbnail in the order view page.
